Aircraft Manuals
So, you have all your controls and info windows (see other posts in this section) set up, and you're ready to give this a go.
Trying to start up and take off can be a bit of a nightmare if you don't know what to do, or which engine settings to use. Thankfully there is help.
The first thing I would refer you to is the manuals in the game. In there is a bit of info about each aircraft, and some diagrams that will help you learn the layout and position of important controls and instruments. The other good bit of information in there is a table which shows the different engine settings for each aircraft.
You'll find the aircraft manuals inside your game installation. The screenshot below shows their location in a typical installation. As with all images in our forums, click it to make it full screen.

The "Flashcards" as the developers call them give you some good information about each aircraft, but more importantly the settings for Cruise, Climb and Combat ratings of ther aircraft.
Below is an example of one of the flashcards ...

This information is great for the beginner, however, having read the Air Ministry pilot notes for the Spitfire, it's noted that the startup, taxy and takeoff procedures listed in Team Fusion's manuals are not the same.
If you'd like to read more about it, and learn a lot more about real WWII aircraft, visit the downloads section on our forum, where you can download pdf versions of many real WWII aircraft's pilots notes.

Post them below.
