It may be the TS viewer settings need to be changed. I will look into it

Greetings Pilots,

I am new to the 334th and squad-based flying in general. I have been playing flight sims off and on for quite a few years, but never with a wingman. I started with Janes WWII Fighters that a friend and I played against each other online many years ago. I moved into WWII submarine sims and general aviation flight sims other than the occasional MiG-29 or F-15 game. Then I settled into life as a "Trekkie" and got very into a starship combat game and joined a clan for some group play. Eventually I got back into flight sims with IL2: Cliffs of Dover. I had a friend who would join me on a rare occasion once in a while, but never enough for us to be effective combatants. Then I moved over to IL2 great battles and played solo for a while.

I started using the POV button on my flightstick to look around and eventually moved to TrackIR. My old computer died after 8 years so I spent a pretty penny on a new gaming unit and now play with VR. Graphics and spotting are better on a monitor, but the immersion experience that comes from VR is hard to leave. My basic setup is listed below for reference:

I have almost everything unlocked in IL2 Great Battles except Flying Circus, Tank Crew, and a couple collector planes. I enjoy all aspects of flying from dogfighting (though this is probably my worst area as far as skill is concerned), heavy bombing, fighter bombing, escort, etc.

I am looking for a great group to join that can teach me a lot and help improve my skills while just having a great time playing. I look forward to flying with everyone.
